Nice Cafe good food and friendly staff.

This place is amazing, its extremely packed but for good reason the food is great! Definitely a good spot to get some food in between or after a long road trip. All I can suggest is more staff but considering the size of the place they probably just need a much bigger place.

The Cow Cafe was awesome, we were greeted by the young manager, ordered our food, which was beautifully displayed, and drinks. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch, he came around to inquire about our meals. The staff were really friendly too. Well done Cow Cafe we'll be going back there. Thankyou to the Staff. Regards Patsy Gaylor

Driving through at lunch time we spotted the Cow Cafe. The food was very good, prices reasonable and the coffee was some of the best we’d had so far. Well worth stopping here.

Under new ownership and there have certainly been some improvements. New owner has a background in hospitality and it shows. Extensive menu and good selection of cabinet offerings.Well worth the stop when traveling through Putaruru.

Was a very busy lunch time in Putaruru. With apologies for a 20 minutes wait our order was taken. The food was worth the wait we will make a return visit. Dispite the business the staff were caring and good humoured.
