The unit cost $170 but without a bathroom or water. This was motel equivalent but given peak season and at short notice ok if the rest was good. The heat pump didn’t work - as the unit was a container it was freezing in spite of three layers of thermal clothing. The double mattress had no apparent lining - just springs - so nothing to retain heat. The spas were old and tepid - there were six people using them who were all wearing clothes not togs in the pools. Use of the pool caused a rash. The showers had very low pressure. The location is on a truck by-pass which didn’t bother those using ear plugs but meant it was preferable to drive the very short distance to town and there was a refuse like smell in the morning - not clear if this was from rubbish on site or associated with the industrial nature of the area. An item was forgotten but it was not handed in until reported missing and, to have this returned, a mail bag had to be sent to them - adding time and money to the cost meaning it could not be used for the rest of the holiday and wasn’t worth it. Capital seems to have been invested in a self service check in that wasn’t properly working processing payments and car security gates. Booking was prompt with a good tip on local bush walk. The unit was clean.
This place is worse than 1 star'its minus 0, the rooms are dirty' carpets have stains' bed blankets have dirt and marks' bathroom is disgusting' the shower head taped with black cellotape' ceiling paints peeling off and old' worse of all the staff are horrible' no customer service and friendly smile' tried to negotiate moving rooms yet all the owner wants is extra money and theres no people staying here. Wld strongly advise to trust the reviews' we hd no choice bt to cm here due to late booking of a large family but save your money and stay home' unhygenic, dirty and staff and so unhelpful' rip off!!!!!
We stayed here for the labour weekend, the pool and spa was really good nice and clean, also we didn't enjoyed the weather there on Sunday as it was raining and thunderstorm there but we enjoyed Saturday weather as it was sunny on that day. The cabin was okay but only problem was the trucks passing by during my bedtime.Rooms: 5/5
Real act booking in when we arrived computer glitchesbut operator kept his cool, set in a good spot close to town, but amenities were not all that tidy and over all wasn't worth the cost
Ensuites are unsanitary, the bathroom and toilet have mould and hold an unbearable odour. Workers' services are unaccommodating and reluctant to settle any difficulties. Even an animal won't survive in this environment. I will never return here again.Rooms: 1/5
The bed is not clean; there are obvious stains on it. The towels are extremely dirty; I don't know if they've been washed. There is no hairdryer; please don't indicate that there is one. The milk in the fridge is expired. There isn't enough toilet paper. There is a lot of dust.
We stayed in the Park House and it was perfect for our stay. The rooms are large, the house is clean, the kitchen really well stocked and there is a heat pump in every room. There was only 4 of us in the end it can accommodate 11 and the price was good for such a big place.Rooms: 5/5

Very good camping. Helpful, kind and smiling hosts. We feel comfortable. Amenities are very clean, and nice to use. Lots of picnic tables, electrical outlets, which is very useful for the campers. Unfortunately close to a noisy road but the staff of the campsite is of course not to blame for this. I recommend it!
We stayed a night in unit 1, very outdated and not all clean: spots on the bed cover, seats of the chairs and towels. The bed is crook which means one is constantly struggling not to roll out. Located near a local factory that operates late at night hence not a quiet location.Rooms: 1/5
