I get why it says "warning, do not leave unattended". I didn't understand it at 1st but after taking my 1st bite, I knew I was coming back for more ,lol I had the Classic Caramel one bar slice and boy is that caramel smooth! I never cared much for slices but as of today, Original Foods Baking has changed my mine. The biscuit was lovely and so was the chocolate on top. Well done
I've been on a search for the best cheese scone in Christchurch. This absolutely delicious scone was fresh out of the oven, with just the right about of crisped cheese around the edges and full of flavour. Great food, and even better service. The donuts are always amazing! Thank you.

I'm over the moon about the cake that I picked up on Wednesday for my birthday. The lemon and raspberry one. For $30 it is incredibly good value and such a beautifully presented and tasty cake. I haven't stopped going on about it to friends and family. I will definitely be coming to Original Foods for a cake again.
Bought the chocolate birthday cake from countdown absolutely disguisting and dry gross consistancy total dissapointment never again
Generally quality products but the chocolate dazzle cake is the exact same compressible artificial deflating cake as the 4 dollar Countdown cakes, ripoff at 28 bucks and disappointing and a bit embarrassing when you've bought it for an occasion. Is not really cake
A relative of one of our residents shouted the staff a selection of treats from here. They were all delicious but I can honestly say their chocolate topped caramel brownie was the best one I've ever tasted
Great cakes made from scratch. We are proud to sell them to our Kiwicakes customers straight from the freezer, as well as with edible image and sprinkle additions. They are growing in popularity every week as word gets out locally
A new place I've been to, it's cheap with a set of coffee and one donut! Good weather and good time with friends..
This is the place I always go to buy cakes and donuts, however this time it was very disappointing. I ordered chocolate drip cake for my son’s birthday party and the deco chocolate fell off and some of them are smudged, wanted to cancel and get a refund it but couldn’t do it as the party’s in a few hours.. I was happy with their products most of time however it is very disappointing this time.
