We are a small artisan bakery located with the Tannery in Woolston, Christchurch, New Zealand.
We produce top quality French pastries such as croissants and Danishes, and naturally leavened bread (sourdough).
Our breads are made using organic or spray-free flour whenever possible and is all sourced within Canterbury.
We use only free-range eggs and as many local and organic products as we can.
You can find our products at our shop Bellbird Bakery, as well as at the following places:
- Christchurch Farmers Market (Riccarton Bush) - Saturday 9am - 1pm
- Opawa Farmers Market (near Steiner school) - Sunday 9am - 12pm
