Good coffee, amazing wraps get it toasted - yum!, and the various sweet treats I had so far were all amazing, too!
Terrible servie I have ever had there. No matter how much you pay, like me, almost $500 the service is just so so or terrible what I’ve got. My first visit for Christmas gifts was amazing, second visit for Easter today, was a bit dissatisfied and disappointed. And the staff put WRONG spoons instead what i ordered, so when I called back to her she blamed me as I picked up TOO EARLY. Instead of apology of her mistake. And she said I have to spend my time to visit to pick up again or there’s no way. It’s not exceptional attitude to be honest. When I arrived, no packingokay, Easter holiday, fair enough, but I saw she already collected the spoonswrong, so there’s no excuse. And I said “Take your time, no rush.” Twice. And before they put the invoice before I mentioned, but this time I had to ask. Not sure I will buy a lot again or not. Won’t and don’t want. I realised that only one visit can make you feel terrible and change the good and nice brand image to terribly bad because of only ONE person. I believe that if you serve your client truly well, then think about what the client want instead of fighting or arguing. The person chose second way, which is able to destroy all the relationship and truths with the shop. If the manager was there, then the service would be different. I don’t think she is a manager. Terrible service I’ve ever had in Wellington. Such a big shame.
Cosy little cafe with lots of Japanese homewares. Front of house dude/barista was friendly and the place felt peaceful to have a nice coffee break after a hectic morning, hopefully it’s the same the next time I visit
A nice shop with sone different styles of dishes.
Dropped in for coffee came back later in the day to buy some Japanese crockery, really good selection.
I love this place. The best wrap I have ever had . Fresh and generous. I tried the lemon - grass chicken and beautiful asian salad to go with it. My daughter had a chunky chicken sausage roll. Yum.
Love this cafe and their gorgeous homeware and gifts. Very friendly service. Will visit you soon on my Oct. Visit to Wellington
Ordered the Mongolian beef due to free delivery on uber eats. Lots of meat and celery. Great for me go protein and low carbs. Very tasty too. Will be ordering again :
