Our property offers a 2 bedroom, boutique suite (comprising 1 Queen and 1 Single - for 3 guests) adjoining the fabulous 3km long Orewa Beach near Auckland

OREWA BEACH - ACCOMMODATION
We offer a 2 bedroom, Boutique Studio Suite with dining and lounge seating, ensuite (shower & toilet), kitchenette, deck and private courtyard. This Bed and Breakfast suite has your own separate level entry through a private and secure garden courtyard.
Although the Queen and Single beds are setup for 3 guests, a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) can be accommodated as the single bed separates to become 2 single beds on own bases at a lower height.
ALL LINEN IS SUPPLIED and Free off-street parking for your vehicle is immediately in front of your accommodation which is security lit.
Your kitchenette is maintained fully provisioned for Continental Style breakfast which includes: eggs, yogurt, cereals, fruit, milk and breads and this is all included in our tariff. However if you wish to have a full English style breakfast, this is available by menu selection the night before and is only served in our upstairs dining room. The extra cost is NZ$15 per adult and NZ$8 per child - up to 14 years of age.

For your own light catering, your kitchenette is fully equipped with microwave, bench oven, cook top, hot water jug, utensils, crockery and glasses. Along with dishwashing facilities the kitchenette also contains the laundry and ironing facilities are available.
On the upstairs deck there is also a large gas barbecue with table and chairs for use by arrangement.

For your enjoyment of the fabulous 3km long Orewa Beach, we provide body boards for the surf and on your return, a hot shower is conveniently located outside within the private garden courtyard.
There are 2 adult plus 1 child cycles and helmets for use on the extensive cycle ways of Orewa and the adjoining Silverdale area. Other cycles can also be hired locally in Orewa.
Located in your suite, you will find maps of walkways/cycle tracks and other local information on the many dining options of local restaurants, cafes and bars in the Orewa/ Silverdale area.
Additionally, David and Linley will endeavour to provide your supreme holiday experience, catering for any special requests you may have to enhance your stay with us at OREWA BEACHSIDE.

CHECK-IN time is 4pm and CHECK-OUT time is 10am (unless otherwise arranged)
Tariff range NZ$195 - $255 (3 guests) per night. The family rate for 4 (2 adults with 2 children to age 14) attracts an extra charge NZ$40 per night to total NZ$295 per night.
NOTE: THERE IS A MINIMUM STAY OF 2 NGHTS AND FOR ANY EXTENDED STAY WE WILL QUOTE SEPARATELY ACCORDING TO NUMBER OF GUESTS AND LENGTH OF STAY.
