When you step into this gym you become part of a family & community. Very affordable prices and staff who have a genuine passion in helping people to achieve their goals whatever they may be. The classes are amazing and there is a range to suit everyone from 5 years old to 100 years old!
Great gym iv never been to a gym before where the owner is as engaged with his clients as nik is! He has a wealth of knowledge and experience with boxing! He is friendly and extremely approachable. I would encourage anyone to go here no matter their level of experience with fitness or gyms something for everyone.
Have been getting Personal Training sessions with Nik for the past 12 months. Always great sessions, and always have some good variation. Great Trainer. Definitely worth it

Nik is a great guy and very knowledgeable. These previous reviews don’t make sense as I have never seen Nik be anything but kind and considerate to his clients. Great gym and relaxed environment for any fitness level.
