Very welcoming and everyone is friendly, everyone is always happy to help be it with techniques or showing different ways to wrap your hands! Coach is awesome and cares for his students and helps with everything and makes sure everyone is doing good, makes sure no one is left behind. Great gym with a great atmosphere highly recommend!
