I booked this company for a check-out inventory for my flat in London. Their accounts office was quick to contact me, Fiona gave me details about advance payment for the inventory, I paid about 10-days in advance, the inventory clerk was booked, and I was informed. Well, the clerk never turned up! Subsequently, they have failed to answer my emails, and there is only an answering message on the phone. I have sent them several emails. Extremely fraudulent, as they are not even responding, let alone refunding me for services not given. The police should look into them.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - We are owed close to £4k for works that were not carried out, despite my calling, emailing, and reaching out via LinkedIn we are yet to hear back. Aside from that, the works that they did carry out were sub-standard, the communication is poor and I am not surprised to see other reviews similar to mine.
Avoid working for this company at all costs, unless you want to constantly chase payments. As a company we are yet to recieve payments since the beginning of July, hiding behind their emails you will be lucky to get a response.
Extremely disappointing experience. Booked and paid in advance for an inventory check in on Sep 14th a flat I am letting out. Money received by them and check in confirmed week beginning 12th September. On 14th September Check in booked to take place. Keys, access all arranged. Strangely by 20th September no report, no news from Onsite and tenants had moved in in by 17th Sept. I began to enquire as to what had happened on Tues 20th. Appalling service. Calls directed to a message taker saying they would "pass on the message" . Comms generally appalling. Messages not responded to and it took several, at least 3 calls to be made before you reached a person not an answerphone. A week after the inventory/check in was booked still no report and no communication. After a lot of pushing, phoning, leaving messages etc I was told the "Head Clerk" who had conducted the inventory on the 14th would be Emailing Me. I said "with the check in report, hopefully?" The call handler said he could "not confirm that" Later that day the call handler emailed me to say the the Head Clerk had "reported an accident which meant that all data was lost and there was therefore no check in report at all" This was very concerning as the tenants had moved in 3 days after the report had been booked. The flat was freshly painted and professionally cleaned and none of this would be recorded. I pointed out that they should have informed me of data loss immediately so we could re book an inventory check in prior to 17th Sept. Onsite obfuscated, refused to reply to emails and although they agreed to refund the money which they did were unable to come up with any suggestions or details on how the data in the report might be recovered. Eventually well over 2 weeks since the tenants had moved in, the Director of Onsite conceded that the booked Clerk "very probably did not attend at all and obviously does not work for us any more" Say no more. A truly dreadful, amateurish company. You have been warned
MUST AVOID!! Been chasing payment for months now and they're not responding to any emails or calls. How could John Francis use this company is beyond me absolute terrible company
This company relies heavily on sub-contractors to carry out work on their behalf. We have had a number of invoices outstanding since May, payment hasn't been made nor do they answer your emails or calls when you are chasing payment. Please avoid this company at all costs.
