Sadly we didn't get to experience a stay in one of the chalets due to an additional fee of $50 being added onto the total, only THREE days before we were due to arrive. The manager informed us that a meeting was held on the Saturday where the owners decided that an additional charge of $50 will be added for cleaning. This is after we paid the deposit and received an invoice for the total price. When we informed the manager that we were not satisfied with the unexpected extra charge, she responded with a text suggesting we should cancel. She also stated that we are lucky to have gotten the Chalet for a cheap price. This was the price that was advertised when we looked for accomodation- we did not ask for a special price. We were also informed a few weeks after booking that the chalet has been sold, so we had to choose one of the others. After a discussion with the manager she said she will refund us because of the unexpected extra cost 3 days before we were due to arrive. She didn't refund the total amount. I have sent a text highlighting this but I haven't received a response yet. Very disappointing and stressful as I had to find different accommodation 3 days before our trip.
We spend a long weekend at Onemana Beach Chalets and it was a really pleasant stay. Apartments was clean and fully furnished with all the needs you may want. close to the beach too. We will definitely go back
Lovely small secluded village with close access to the beach, 5 minutes walk away. Well appointed and comfy little house with good wifi. Friendly staff. The spa and swimming pools are in a shared building which is 5 mins drive down the road. Small dairy in the village but would suggest you bring your own supplies!
Lovely tidy chatlets, very spacious with room for up to 7, full kitchen and full sized fridge, washing machine. Also nice deck and lawn area amidst the other houses.
It's such a lovely spot to rejuvenate. Clean and modern chalet, great design with large deck for enjoying el fresco dining.
The chalets are clean and spacious. Anne &Johan are so welcoming and helpful. Great walks with lovely views.. Def be back soon!!
What a great Holliday, we had everything we needed and SO much more... Anne and Johan are great hosts and the location is just remarkable. This has to be on your go to list AND on your go to again list.Rooms: 5/5
Loved Onemana, and these chalets were roomy 3 bedroom, and nicely presented. A short walk up the hill for lovely views or down to the beach
Spacious self catering units close to beach 2 min walk access to private pool. Lovely holiday accommodation.
Haven't been to the chalets, but stayed at a friend's beach house, Onemana is beautiful, I'm sure the chalets will be
