OTKOIIS is the recognized administrator of the Okinawa-Te Karate Organization, sanctioned by Grand master Gordon Alcazar Doversola.

The Okinawa-Te Karate Organization International Incorporated Society (OTKOIIS) was established October 20 1994 in order to protect the arts logo/patch and name under the irrefutable authority of Grand master Gordon A Doversol who appointed John William Flavell it's sovereign guardian/ protector.

As such OTKOIIS acknowledges and adhere's to the authority of Grand master Gordon A Doversola (R.I.P) of whom it represents, New Zealand Chief Instructor Kyoshi Flavell and the New Zealand Governing Legal system.
OTKOIIS is open to working with officially sanctioned Okinawa-Te parties whom hold the same values.
OTKOIIS acknowledges the US Okinawa-Te Organization council, based in Los Angeles California, as it was originally setup, to be an ADVISORY COUNCIL only.
(Note: OTKOIIS does not acknowledge any authorities the US Okinawa-Te Organization council may have assumed since dissolving their affiliation with OTKOIIS August 2016.


Role:

(a) OTKOIIS is charged with the preservation of Grand master Gordon A Doversola's logo/patch and name as registered with the New Zealand Companies Office Societies and Trusts which is a department of New Zealand Government.

(b) OTKOIIS is charged with providing information notifying parties of their obligation to Grand master Gordon A Doversola's immediate family to acknowledge and compensated the Doversola family for using his logo/patch and or name and or teachings while profiting and or gaining financial benefits from his art and the Doversola families rightful inheritance.

(c) OTKOIIS is charged with the maintenance and expansion of Grand master Gordon A Doversola's art.

(d) OTKOIIS is charged with the implementation of an internationally recognised (unified) set examination syllabus required of all kyu grade and dan members.

(e) OTKOIIS is charged with the implementation of an internationally recognised (unified) set examination syllabus for Sandan and above to gain an official Okinawa-Te Karate Organization instructor/ Sensei certification.

(f) OTKOIIS is charged with providing OTKOIIS affiliated member with options to compete at local, regional, national and international level.

(g) OTKOIIS is charged with providing legal documentation to aid authorities pursuing parties committing litigation breaches.

Note: OTKOIIS accepts absolutely no responsibility for the actions of non OTKOIIS registered parties which operate outside the guidelines clearly documented within it's incorporated societies rules.

STATEMENT:
Due to their actions of betrayal and intentional defiance of a national head/ chief instructor, the following individuals are hereby banned for life from all OTKOIIS affiliated dojo, training facilities, events and social media.

Due to their actions and interference of an appointed national Chief instructors authoritative position the following individuals on the US Core Council panel are officially placed on a two year probation period as of August 2016 whereby they are required to adhere to their advisory position. Upon completion of the two year probation OTKOIIS will review the US Okinawa-Te Organization at which time a descion shall be reached to (a) lift the probation or (b) extend the probation. OTKOIIS acknowledges all Okinawa-Te dojo and practitioners loyal to Grand master Gordon Alcazar Doversola and all his teachings.
OTKOIIS does not acknowledge Larry Delano as a master of Okinawa-Te, given that he was only promoted to Shodan in the art.
OTKOIIS acknowledges those who have relinquished their ranks by their own admission which has been recorded by OTKOIIS.
OTKOIIS acknowledges the official dishonourable discharge of any member/s of the art as being authentic and non retractable.
OTKOIIS acknowledges the position of authentic Sensei ranked San dan and above.
OTKOIIS does not acknowledge any certifications issued by the US Okinawa-Te Organization Council after the New Zealand Chief Instructor REVOKED his and OTKOIIS authoritative support to the US Okinawa-Te Organization council. (All promotions issued by the council after 31st December 2015 are deemed invalid).
OTKIIS acknowledges the following persons personal choice to self demote themselves to their former lower ranks held prior to 2014.
No rank ascending above Go dan (5th degree black belt).

OTKOIIS does not acknowledge any authority the US Okinawa-Te Organization council assumed it had/ has to demote or revoke any instructor/ black belt and or member in rank and or dishonourable discharge, as at no time was the council sanctioned such privileges and authority by Grand master Gordon Alcazar Doversola or upon the revoked support and authority of OTKOIIS.
