Burgers are delicious and carefully made by hand. Chips are cooked nice and soft and the raw fish is always on point . 10/10 Ocean pantry is my go to for yummy fish and chipsnHighly recommend
A super duper sparkling clean fish and chip shop. The very best I've been to in New Zealand. DELICIOUS fresh food and amazing Mr Chips chips. Flounder is awesome but everything was great. Looking forward to trying their other menu items. Such friendly service and a all round great experience. LOVE IT!
I ordered a snapper and just got a normal fish. The snapper is DOUBLE the price of their normal fish. I didn’t realise until I got home. I feel scammednnEdit: 2/10/24nnI see you responded to my post. I paid for a snapper but got a regular fish. The price of a snapper is significantly higher than that of a normal fish. I live in ashurst and trusted that i got my snapper. Instead when i opened the packet it was a NORMAL fish. I wasn’t going to waste and of my time or money coming back. I’m glad I didn’t come back as you would’ve just called me a liar. You also lied about how I was the only customer that ordered snapper that day but the person before me also ordered a snapper. Terrible customer service skills and just blatantly calling me a liar. Never ordering from this scam of a place ever again.
Very nice takeaways! Fresh mussels and other treats as well! Will make this our new regular shop. Update best burger in town, the super burger!
Don’t buy the cheesecake unless you like eating dog food. The base literally tasted like dog biscuits and the cheesecake filling tasted like off rotten cheese with some shrivelled up poo berries
