It's totally self-check-in, so there's not really any front desk service or much hostel vibe.nnAll the parts are still there, nice kitchen, free tea, cereal etc, nice lounge area and a cool garden with herbs growing. It's quite clean.nnRooms are pretty good, my double had a view out to the bay as well as the garden.
Very clean and tidy. Great location and views. Take ear plugs as the noise travels easily. Tea and coffee and breakfast items available to use although no milk was there during our stay.
The best hostel during my 4 weeks trip jn NZ! Loved the room decorations and especially the massage chair in public area!!! Ommmgggg that was heaven after a long drive!!!
Booked this place think it was a standard backpackers, it is not. It felt more like a home I felt like I was at my family’s home. great location great price, highly recommended
Really nice place, the facilities are really well maintained and it is to see that a lot of tough went into the small details. There is a theme of penguins through the entire house. Needs are super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. The location is not the best but is just a couple of minutes to walk. Until now the best backpacking hostel I have been in the southern island.
