After struggling with trying to get a motoring show picked up by the networks in New Zealand we decided to go ahead and produce the first episode on a minimal budget ($0) on the weekends in our spare time. The pilot was filmed in one weekend but editing proved to be a lengthy process mainly due to waiting to find the right person to make the most of the footage.
