Unfortunately have been using a pump for almost 4 years now and consistently having problems with the renewals of the sensors program they have and then having them deliver it after the renewal. In my case it lands under the Christmas period so after the first shocking experience on my first year I always decided to move ahead of time, give them reminders and things but although this seems to hard for them to put a product on a courier and ship it. This year same eperience again. Have told them I had been without a reader for almost 5 days in the waiting and had to call again after they made me resubmit a new subscription and still took 3 days for them to put it on a courier. The staff keep proving they don't care and just keep moving things at the speed of a tortoise. I should remind this company they are selling a product that manages people's lives and this non care and non urgency attitude is impacting so.eones life and could possibly cause a hospitalization. I didn't have funding for my pump. I paid in full for it. I have had my diabetes doctor give the thumbs up for them to authorise my TSlim X2 pump to be updated to the newer software and haven't heard from them in 8 weeks!! Just be careful when choosing what you want from them as they don't care fullstop. They take your money and provide no service. I will be moving my orders overseas moving forward. Disappointing is the least and kindest word I could use today. 05/05/23 - Update - I have had my local rep call me during all the problems and she helped out and explained the situation. Unfortunately that didn't really change the speed of how things changed but I appreciate that companies change policies and programs. I am a firm believer you can't make a change on things without knowing the impact this could make on people's life. With all new deliveries th9ings seem to be coming ahead of schedule so crossing fingers this shouldn't be an issue again in the future. I will change my rating from 1 star to 3 stars and will change this again if at the 1 year make everything goes smooth. I would really appreciate that the people on the phone were a little bit more empathetic about the consequences diabetics can have if unmonitored.
Take too long to send out shipment of G6 sensors and constantly have to chase them up to see where they are. Wish we had another option for Dexcom products!
