We had the most excellent service today with Soam a very wonderfully lovely Korean lady. She was so helpful & polite. And was so friendly.
Rude unhelpful Asian owner who doesn’t want to print out a nz post courier ticket was told by nz post that they are able to print out the label at counter Just a generally unhelpful place to use as a post shop
Soyeong is frankly just down right rude
Staff are always rude making comments when they see someone holding a customs sticker that they must’ve got it wrong before they even get to the counter. It’s happened to me so many times I’ll probably drive further just to avoid them now. And no I don’t want to give further feedback… it’s a clear theme on these reviews so NZ Post it’s clear it’s your problem here
Great customer service, I accidentally filled the wrong form myself and they kindly redirected me! Hard working staff and even under the short staffing issues they still remain professional! Have been coming here for years and will continue to! Only thing you can really complain about is the internet page being out of date.
