Had multiple negative experiences with one lady Saom over the last year. Can be very patronising and rude, have had an occasion where she blatantly laughed at me. Dislike going to this post shop because of this lady.
We had the most excellent service today with Soam a very wonderfully lovely Korean lady. She was so helpful & polite. And was so friendly.
