I wanted to buy international stamps for postcards, which cost $3.30, but the lady at the counter insisted that the rate for international postcards had increased to $4.30. She showed me the printed rate table, which I noticed said $3.30, but still wouldn't believe me. A bit unsure at this point, I bought the stamps for $4.30, only to find out at home that postcards still go for $3.30 in contrast to letters.
Letter postage and car registration at the post counter in the pharmacy. Very convenient service and staff super helpful.
Best and most convenient post office in Palmy. Great location. Lovely, friendly staff who are very helpful. In and out of here in less than 5 minutes.
Unfortunately they have one rude lady staff member. I once told her she didn’t need to be so grumpy about the question I asked and she replied ‘I wasn’t, that’s just how you perceived it’ when I was walking out a customer said ‘that she was grumpy and rude’ I actually choose to drive to the other side of town to use the post office with nice staff. The one star is for the other lovely lady who works there she’s a gem. No I do not wish to talk about this further as I have used this post office often over the years and this lady should not be working with people fulstop
Terrible customer service. Asked if that was how I I planned to send my item, before even replyingshe followed it by her rudely talking down to me telling me that they don’t offer coverage for broken items. Offered no solution or tips for packaging. Add on the fact the way my item was packaged was how nzpost recommends on their website. Time for some customer service training!!
