Rip off. Never offer economy with packages always tries to quickly do courier. Lies about what weight you can send economy. Shop full of cheap Temu overpriced junk. Reselling small packs of chips & choc bars. Go to Papamoa instead.
It was a true delight to see Wonder Woman at work last thing on a busy Friday. She was cheerful and helpful and chatty and fun even though she was doing the work of three people. Just amazing customer service. I don't know if other staff were off sick or late lunch but she handled it incredibly.
Wasn’t helpful in sorting customer queries. Came with a bill to pay and as it wasn’t scanning via the phone I kindly asked if they could try manually inputting the number to see if the infinity system would allow manual inputs. To which was completely refused by the team member on post and instructed that screen protector would have to come off the phone in order for them to manually input.nnNever had this kinda of request before and was kinda a poor show of customer service

I went in store and asked the clerk whether or not their phone was going and if he could check for me. Once I was in store their phone was working perfectly fine.
