Brought an item from the South Island. Company used Aramex as the courier company. All was going well, until it stopped half way from Taupo to Tauranga. I phoned up the tracking number, where the person male answered. This person was hard to understand. Though after a few goes he put an urgent track on my parcel.nPhoned 1 hour later to see what was happening, this time a lady. Again hard to understand as both people English is their second language.nParcel was supposed be delivered on Thursday, to my surprise, I get an email on Saturday morning, saying my parcel has been signed and delivered!nThis is my work address, our premises are closed on the weekend.nConsidering I was in Auckland 1 hour 40 away, I didn't sign, nor asking my colleagues, who said they hadn't gone to work or passed it. I ended up getting family to go and retrieve the parcel.nI email Aremax asking a copy of the signature and the name of person who signed. Not only had the courier forged a signature and just put a letter as a name. The driver put it over the fence in plain sight of passers-by. Any body could have stolen it.nBack and forth emails, as I wanted to take this further, all I get is, the courier driver is relatively new, he will be spoken to so this doesn't happen again.nI definitely would NOT use this company again.nFORGING A SIGNATURE IS A CRIME.
Should have picked up parcel from my house Friday between 8 and 5 no pick up by 4.00 so I called. The girl who answered had very poor language skills. After explaining the tracking code 4 times eventually tracking details got an apology said would be picked up soon. Never arrived and they are closed on weekend! I have paid for a service and got nothing but problems! Will choose another courier service next time and this was all arranged through trade me which I had big issues getting sorted in the first place!
Was sent a parcel from overseas which supposedly arrived on 18th December. Despite me being at the property all day i never received the parcel, however did receive a card in the post box at the end of the row. I tried to rearrange delivery by phone but the lady on the phone had such an awful command of the English language i had to give up. I then tried organizing by the website. 15th of January i had no option but to phone again. Was told that they couldn't deliver as there was an incomplete address. However the card theyd put in the first time had the complete address on it. This really smacks of excuses.Trying to understand the customer service person however was the absolute worst part of the whole experience. Your front line needs to have great communication skills and this lady just doesn't.nI still have no parcel and am now just hoping to pick it up on my next day off. Only time will tell
Richie is the most friendly of all couriers we have coming to our store. He is always happy and cheerful. Makes us laugh and he is ultra polite. We get on extremely well with Richie and he always seems to make our day.
I'm completely satisfied with Aramex courier delivery, they drop the parcels securely outside my door always. I personally know one of the guys who do courier delivery in my area, his name is Richie, I really appreciate this man's dedication and commitments towards his job. He's very friendly and charming personality, he always find some to speak with the people out there during this fast pace job.
