Aramex Courier Avi delivers to my home in a retirement village.nHis service is impeccable. When I requested that my parcels be left at the door, he was willing, and has done so ever since. With Cherie on the phone and this nice young man, I'd give their services 10/10. Thank you very much.
Haven’t had an update in over a week, tried calling over 10 times and no one answers. From other recent reviews it seems they NEVER answer their phone. Horrible customer service. Won’t be going through these guys again. Auckland depot is much more professional and answers their phones straight away. I spent a lot of money on my parcels and for there to be no communication is unacceptablenEdit: don’t give me the same blanket response you give to everyone. Actually deal with the problem and answer your phones and do your job
ABSOLUTELY USELESS.nFor some strange reason, a search for a missing parcel that starts 12:29pm on Thursday 16/1/25 is still ongoing at the close of business on Monday with no resolution.nThis follows the parcel going missing while being transferred from Hamilton.nPreviously I've had 2 parcels sent the same day but arrive or get receipted a day apart, and then arrive at the final destination 4 days apart.nPer other comments, no-one actually answers the phone...perhaps an indication of the number of complaints they get and now no longer wish to 'man-up' to them.nMaking it worse, Aramex are not the ones who suffer the reputational lose due to their ineptness.nPATHETIC
Lost parcelnCannot get in touch with the depot as no body answers the phonenMy parcel left Auckland and hasn’t updated since. Auckland was useless and cannot help me because it’s left them so I’m still left being told to contact Tauranga and I each time I try and nobody answers I get more frustrated. Better customer service required.
Unbelievably incompetent, rude and disorganised.nnAramax Tauranga took over a week to collect a parcel from our urban residential address, had to be reminded/contacted multiple times via phone to do so.nnFinally on the day of pick up an Aramax rep calls through simply says “have you got parcel to pick up” and when we answered yes, they promptly hung up.nnHow this outfit is still in business is beyond me, so sooooo glad we ditched them a long time ago as a business who couriers daily and relies on prompt delivery and communication and this reminder of their incompetence was only due to a company we dealt with stipulating them as the service to be used.nnAbsolute grubs.
