Is it a common culture for nz post Johnsonville to act like a dick to customers? Talked over me when i was calmly explain my situation. I just have one simple question and response was so rude and blunt. And it wasnt like they young, they old people working and their attitude is absolutely unacceptable.
The amount of times a parcel has ended up here instead of the redelivery instructions being following is absurd.nnPremptively, I have already called and sent a general enquiry, so far it has been 11 days with no answers or any progress.
I've been here 4 or 5 times in the last few years, most recently this week, to internationally courier weird customs-bothering parcels. Every time the staff at the counter have been patient and helpful and efficient with making sure I understood what to fill in and where.
Open during business hours only. 9am - 5pm and no weekends. How am I supposed to send a parcel when I work during the day and don't have enough time to drive to the post office and back on my lunch break! Your hours are absolutely useless. Tell me, how do I send a parcel during business hours, that doesn't go via courier?! Bloody useless.
The elderly lady at the counter appeared to treat people differently based on their skin color. I felt that I was subjected to racial profiling due to the way she spoke to the person in front of me and how she treated me. This behavior is concerning, especially in a culturally diverse place like New Zealand.
