They refuse to deliver to our building which has nearly 100 apartments - every other courier company in Wellington has obtained a mailroom key from the building manager, but with this company we have to pick up from their depot which is 15 minutes drive away. This has been an ongoing issue for 18 months. As a result we are no longer ordering anything from any company which uses New Zealand Couriers.

Put a pick up in system twice for overnight delivery and came into work this morning and it's still here. This is not the first time and they make excuses like it was too late, but this entered just before 2pm.You pay premium prices to this company and get average service

Excellent services. Friendly staff. I would reccomend to everyone else that needs to send parcels through New Zealand.  I always received my parcels in a good time frame.

Nz couriers charged me $18 to post a cd from Wellington to Hawkes bay.  More money than I paid for the cd. Just saying that's a lot of money for a small item.

Super helpful! Even though my parcel info is not sufficient to trace, the staff was very patient abd tried all sorts of ways to track it down. Pleased with their services, especially just before Xmas holiday when things go crazy!
