The Staff are friendly but my word they have no idea regarding postage, 4 times now my items been returned each time I take it back I pay more and more this time I paid $20.00 more and WHO knows if it'll make it to the destination. Surely you have to go through training to be able to sell postage, sorry but I won't be back as it caused too much stress.nn* NZPOST I have reported it on your site and had 1 response which my reply still has not been responded to.
This place is under new ownship and it's GREAT now. Love the atmosphere and the lady at the counter is super friendly. I go out of my way to use this post office. Also has a great gift selection.
I travel out of my way to take my post to this post shop because the lady owner is soooo good. She knows exactly what's needed for national and international post and she always helps me with getting the forms right and choosing the best packaging. She is clear and direct, so I know exactly what I need to do. She comes from a culture where people speak directly - just like the Dutch and Sth African cultures. That doesn't make her rude. I am an adult and I appreciate her manner. I will miss her as she has had to leave her business because of the complaints of people who want to be treated like children. This is a woman who provides impeccable service to ensure that her customer's parcels have no issues. She offers the best postal service in the Hutt Valley in my experience.
This is the closest post office to my house and I try to avoid it because every time I go there the woman at the counter is so rude. She often rudely says “no” to requests and tells you you are wrong. She also always sticks the tracking number to the receipt even when you ask her not to.
The lady at this front counter is extremely rude. Talks down to people. We have lived in Waterloo area for years and never had anyone quite so rude in the shop area. I hope you change your attitude towards people and try to speak and treat them kindly.
