Our first delivery by Aramex wasn't completed, so I had to call. I was told that my address didn't have a unit number on it, so they would need to redeliver. I gave them the correct info, and they asked to confirm my phone number, which apparently the drivers have but didn't use? So they redeliver the next day, which was at least nice, but then I look at the original address label and the unit number is not in the address form, fair. But it is under the special instructions. Like 10 cm underneath the address form.nnThe second Aramex delivery was also not completed, I called and they told me the driver ran out of time. So I had to schedule another redelivery. I'm not sure what the issue is with Aramex, literally no other delivery courier has an issue reading a label or with completing deliveries that go on the truck. If I had the option to never have Aramex deal with my packages, I would.
We’re very happy with the service. Sithum always makes sure to collect our parcels the same day and handles them with great care. He’s not only reliable and professional but also greets us with a big smile every time, which makes the experience even better. Really pleased with the improvements from Aramex ,it’s been a very positive change.
