As a first-time Temu shopper, I was not happy with Aramex. I reported the issue directly to Temu before going all Karen mode.nnThe Temu products themselves were fine, and luckily an honest neighbour went out of their way to make sure I received my package.nnThe problem is Aramex’s delivery service. Couriers need to read delivery instructions properly and double-check addresses. My house is the only house on the corner of the street, yet the package was still mishandled.nnThis isn’t an isolated issue—others I know have had the same experience.nnDisappointing service. Parcel left on the ground rather than placed appropriately — again. Despite being a large package, it contained clothing and could easily have been placed in the mailbox. Eye spy the letterbox, yet the floor was chosen. 10/10 for parcel placement — not.
Absolute ridiculous, worse nightmare for anyone wanting to send or receive.nnDon’t get me wrong the guys at the depot and the courier drivers are some of the best guys there are, but the company and customer service guys are absolutely terrible to deal with.nnOrganised a parcel pickup on Monday, guy waiting whole day way past the arranged time slot, courier didnt show up, and they had the guts to say sender was absent. Pickuped on Tuesday, arrived in Wellington depot on wendnesday, all good. I known no ones onsite to pickup on Thursday or Friday, so I’ve called in to have the parcel held at the depot for personal pickup on Wednesday, Thursday twice, and boom it went on with the driver.nnHad to skip work meeting and drive in the depot 30minutes away, to find that the parcel went with the courier on Friday. Reception super helpful, contacted the courier straight away and organised a meet up in the area. Did some driving around and finally met the lovely local driver.nnKnow what? Customer care never ONCE contacted any of the team. What a service.
Worst ever!! My tracking number stated failed delivery at 6pm, I was home all day, nobody showed up. Rang up today, they stated urgent request to deliver today, waited all day and still no delivery despite calling numerous times until finally at 5pm they state that the request was never actioned and I now have to wait until next week so who knows if it'll actually get delivered
If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I have a parcel delivered from Aramex it has NEVER come to my address. I don't understand how the courier can drop it in a letterbox that is not the same number when my house has the number displayed extremely visible in TWO different places. The incompetence astounds me. I would never willingly use them if I can avoid it.
