Not even a 1 star rating. Aramex is an absolute nightmare! I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered. Little communication. Couldn't deliver because it needed a signature, when requested to leave without signature, three days later it still didn't turn up. Then I was told they're doing a manual search for my parcel. Another three days and still nothing and no explanation. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Courier Appreciation: Service is timely and our regular driver Jit is always so bubbly when doing collections & drop offs! He’s always taking time to make sure that our outgoing parcels are bundled properly and the instructions we include are clear/precise so he understands before taking the packages. A little bit of extra time on his part for that extra bit of care when delivering. Appreciate him as our courier.
Tania Martin is both my home and business courier. She is lovely! Friendly, always on time and cares about our parcels. Her empathy is rare in courier drivers. One of the first times I met her our parcel containing expensive items was very damaged. She was very helpful in getting that sorted. It was through no fault of hers that it was damaged btw. Aramex has a history of late deliveries and poor service. But Tania puts my faith back in the company. We need more courier drivers like her.
Carrie from Petone Aramex is just lovely. She goes over and beyond for me whenever I go in to collect my parcels. She has a lovely manner with people and is an asset to the company. If I could give her 10 stars I would. She's a great person to have in their store.
This courier company is a joke. My parcel was not delivered because apparently there was no access to the property. My mum's parcel was delivered by the exact same courier, at the exact same time. I can see him on our camera at my front door, placing one parcel down and then writing out a note saying he couldn't access the property and leaving that ON TOP of the parcel he did decide to leave. Wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it with my own eyes. Best part was I was home the whole time but he never knocked
