Had a new spa cover made a few months ago. Fabulous service .Quality is great and very reasonably priced.nI contacted Nadia after one of the clips broke recently after someone tried to take the cover off with the clips attached. She didn't hesitate to send me a replacement clip free of charge .nI highly recommend NZ Outdoor Gear to all.
Recently had to update spa pool cover. Contacted a reputable outlet and was told it would be 3 weeks before order could be placed as manufacturer was away. 3 weeks went by, no contact. I had to ring outlet again. Order placed. 3 weeks went by, had to contact outlet again. Order was ready. Had to pay $840 immediately. Was told it would be delivered in few days. 1 month went by, no pool cover. Got my money back in full.nnSaw NZ Outdoor Gear on trademe. Called Nadia and explained my predicament. Took old cover to her and 3 days later was told it was ready.....used same insert from old cover...total cost $350. Tumeke!! . Very nice job...nnThoroughly recommend Nadia at NZ Outdoor Gear.
