My three-year-old had a wonderful eye exam experience, thanks to Ryan and Jae. They are friendly professionals, very gentle with small children. Ryan clearly explained all the concerns I had for my daughter's vision with great advise. The clinic is nice and tidy with calming positive vibe. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much and I highly recommend them to all parents!
We took our 10 year old son to Ryan today to get a colorblind test and purchase the enchroma glasses. We traveled from the Waikato and got nothing but friendly and professional service from booking the appointment on the phone to the whole experience. Ryan and his team were so great with our son. They made him feel so at ease. They were also great and hospitable to my husband, two girls and myself. Would absolutely recommend and our son loves his new glasses! Thank you so much.
I was most impressed with the examination and explanation of my condition of my eyes by Ryan-not a straight forward situation. Ryan made me feel comfortable and I am confident my new spectacles will be a huge improvement. My first visit and I feel I made a good choice of an eye specialist.
Consultation went really well and Catherine helped me understand all the tests that were being carried out for the colourblind tests. Definitely recommend if people have any issues about their colour visions. The tests are comprehensive and the glasses/lenses for colour correction that they can provide is quite good. Would have given 5 stars but the two assistant at the desk were unprofessional and were laughing whilst checking my results for a colourblind test that required me to sort out shades of colours from one colour to another. I am obviously quite badly colourblind and hearing people laugh and giggle while they’re doing my results is not a great feeling. I’m gonna give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they were laughing at something else.
Excellent service and care taken by Ryan. He is friendly and professional and takes the time to explain his findings. Great glasses selection too.

I felt confident in and comfortable with both Ryan & Summer. Glad to have found NVision! I went back today to pick up my new glasses - what service! They had upgraded the order to have a thinner lens AND a scratch resistant surface applied, free of charge! Just a delightful place to go - highly recommended!! 2 years on and I couldn’t be more impressed ! I am so thankful I have Ryan and Summer to go to..!
Clean, Friendly, and more of a personal feel to the service, unlike other optometrists in the area. Thanks to Ryan, you can tell he enjoys his job, and it shows through his service.
