This is first time for me to visit Visique Botany which impressed me a lot. I feel very welcomed from the staffs. I am extremely happy with the customer’s service especially from Tanny who goes extra mile and provided her professional advice. I got more than what I expected. Amazing experience. I would strongly recommend Visique Botany to my friends.

I provided the prescription for the glasses I needed to present to my parents. Visque did an excellent job in making the glasses to specification. My parents loved it. The frames are top quality too.  I highly recommend Visique Botany Optometrist.

Absolutely appaling customer service. Had a couple unpleasant experiences with this place and would never go back. Staff are not well trained to deal with clients.  This store needs to learn to respect clients and understand parents dealing with challenging kids. I cant believe the number of times I had to request for a breakdown invoice for over $600 purchase.

I am not surprised why Visique Botany Optometrists has such great reviews. I visited three different optometrists to get some ideas about how the pricing works for progressive lenses for my mum. There are so many marketing gimmicks nowadays that confuse consumers. Visique Botany is the best one that gave me the most valuable information and helped me make the most informed decisions. I remember her name was Tanny. She was friendly and kind, and her explanation was detailed and thorough and made much more sense than anyone else had given me, whether small or big franchise companies. I will bring my mum for her lenses. Thank you very much.

Technical experts, personal service. If you need specialised care, then forget going to other cheap brand name stores. Only Visique Botany can give you perfectly clear vision. Ask about their tri-focal lenses, wow.

Can not believe that after being a loyal customer for 4 years, I wear contact lenses everyday and ordered all mine through them , but the contacts now are $141.8 , else where $118 , their eye exam is $99 , else where $60 ,   disappointed. ‍

Best optometrist team! Knowledgeable, professional yet a very caring, friendly approach. Quality frames & contact lenses at reasonable prices. Never had any issues in the 15 years our family has been with them.

So refreshing to have personalised  service from staff who are experts in their field. Both the optometrist and the person who fitted my frames where a pleasure to deal with. The receptionists were great too and very helpful in finding a time that fitted my work schedule. I will never deal with those mall optometrists again Very highly recommended

My daughter and I will not go anywhere else but Visique Botany Optometrists. David and his team are very professional and amazing in what they do! They uphold their standards by taking care of their customers to the best of their ability! I will highly recommend Visique Botany’s amazing service to anyone looking for eye-care.

Excellent service from all staff. Always willing and ready to help. Great communication and they keep to their promise of following through. Me and my family have been going to them for 10 years now. They are very professional and spot on. A little expensive on the pocket but all things considered money worth spent on getting the most suitable glasses. I would surely recommend them to friends.
