With a wealth of experience and skill in orthodox and complementary medicine, Elly's passion for health and healing manifests in her content clients, family and her zest for life.

Elly is an intuitively gifted and experienced Naturopath & Medical Herbalist, (South Pacific College of Natural Medicine) Registered with the Natural Health Council NZ ( Inc) & Naturopaths of NZ; ICPKP & NIS Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, Adult Educator, Body-worker, Massage Practitioner & Naam Yoga Therapist.

She encourages and challenges you to empower yourself and realise how happy and healthy you can be by looking after your mind, body and spirit.
