Jayayoga Studio

I have been going to Wholehearted Yoga Studio for a while now and I would not hesitate to recommend. It has a warm and welcoming feel to it, the Teachers are experienced and have a good knowledge of Yoga. Araluen is kind and caring and she welcomes everyone with open arms.

I went to one of Araluen’s self compassion workshops. It was a lovely with yoga, delicious lunch and self reflection activities. I highly recommend it. Such a great way to look after yourself.

Beautiful little studio with lots of great classes and friendly yoga teachers. Appropriate for all ages and yoga levels, in my opinion. Highly recommended - they do a $30 unlimited trial week and it's really worth it :
