We fuelled up our rental car here, and it was great. The fuel is expensive from other gas stations. Customer service was nice. Bought some chicken and chips from here, and it was nice. It was very gas station. Looks clean and tidy.
May be good for locals but not for tourists. It is not attended and a credit card is required to be entered. Quite a frustrating experience. We filled up the hire car at a more user friendly service station down the road.
Visited QT and went in to fuel up, encountered Nikita at the counter. I wasn't aware that you had to fuel up then go in to pay. I went in, wasn't greeted, not even a smile, fine - gave the pump number and amount only to be told off so rudely that you had to fuel up first. How would someone visiting have known that? Isnt it yiur job to inform people of such things? Such appaling behaviour at the first point of contact. I'd rather pay more than visiting again if this is the service to be expected and in the place known for Kiwi hospitality, no less.
Easy to access coming to queenstown or leaving. Easy for coaches to get to the pumps. Shop looks good with some yummy food.
Deserves 6 stars out of 5 for the chicken alone. The chicken tenders and burgers are even better KFC. And I LOVE KFC so that's really saying something
