5‑Star Review – NPD Queenstown FranktonnNPD Queenstown in Frankton is honestly one of the best-designed fuel stations I’ve stopped at in the South Island. The location is excellent—right in Frankton, easy to access from the main road, and perfect for both locals and travellers passing through Queenstown.nnWhat really stands out is how spacious the whole station is. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into the layout. There are separate fueling areas for cars and heavy vehicles, which makes a huge difference during busy times. As someone who drives heavy rigid vehicles, I really appreciate that they even have multiple AdBlue pumps available. It’s rare to find a station that caters this well to larger vehicles, and it makes refueling so much easier and faster.nnInside the shop, the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. And I have to mention the fried chicken—it’s surprisingly good! Every time I’ve been there, there are always people lining up for it, which says a lot. Fresh, tasty, and definitely worth trying if you’re stopping by.nnOverall, NPD Queenstown is doing a fantastic job. Great location, excellent layout, friendly service, and even great food. Well done, NPD Queenstown—keep it up.
So happy that I chose to fill here! I didn’t know that they have a special discount in fuel on Thursdays so price was 0.12n$ off per liter. Cashier was very nice! Highly recommended
We fuelled up our rental car here, and it was great. The fuel is expensive from other gas stations. Customer service was nice. Bought some chicken and chips from here, and it was nice. It was very gas station. Looks clean and tidy.
Convenient location for filling up rental. Service at counter was exceptional. Prepaid can be changed if they open the pump. Good retail store, clean bathroom. Wheel chair friendly.
Ordered coffee, mocha and breakfast burgers. All were cold. Mocha tasted like coffee, no chocolate. Large coffee only half a cup. This is not the first time had this problem. Tried phoning the store, phone just rings. Phoned 0800 number. Promised that someone would call me. That is where it ends.
