The staff at this BP station were extremely rude and poorly trained. They lacked the patience to wait 10 seconds for me to complete my payment and used a commanding tone to order me to swipe my card and move aside to fill out a form just five empty fields so they could serve the next customer. If the staff member had asked politely instead of arrogantly instructing me, I would have been happy to cooperate. However, I cannot accept such an attitude and tone. I only needed 10 seconds to complete the payment. I was the customer they were currently serving—why not finish serving one customer before moving to the next?nnThe counter wasn’t even busy at the time. When I approached, there were no other customers. As I was swiping my card, one person may have been behind me, and the other counter was empty. I refused their request to move aside because of the staff member’s rude attitude. Then, the staff member told me they would never serve me again in the future. I was shocked by such an attitude.
Gave us a faulty gas bottle and when we returned to exchange, the person working the night shift on 03/09/2024 completely ignored us outside the door because it was 1 min past the closing time and did not even acknowledge us maybe asking us to return and started yelling from inside the store. Gave him a call to explain the situation and he continued yelling on the phone. Not sure if this person needs some help but his behaviour was threatening and would not recommended going alone at night to this store.
On unenthusiastic valued team member proceeded to wash dish dishes for a full 15 seconds while looking directly into my eyes with even a notion of attempting to serve me. 1 star due to the heart break of me have to leave without my products as the night was setting in. Please do better BP we dont for the gulf incident.
We went to buy a gas bottle for the caravan, and they charged us $50. It was empty. Incompetent and dishonest.
The staff were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I felt completely unwelcome and disrespected.
