This review isn’t just a review for BP itself but for one person in particular!! Destiny is an outstanding representation of customer service. Her attention to detail and self awareness especially when it’s busy is impeccable. Her multi-tasking skills is amazing especially when others can’t see the gap she keeps up in busy time with her ability to work at a fast pace.nI can the same for majority of the staff. Knowing their customers and remembering their coffee orders making the processes efficient and timely.
It would be nice to teach the staff basic manners like Hi, thanks, good bye. Etc. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Not recommended
The staff at this BP station were extremely rude and poorly trained. They lacked the patience to wait 10 seconds for me to complete my payment and used a commanding tone to order me to swipe my card and move aside to fill out a form just five empty fields so they could serve the next customer. If the staff member had asked politely instead of arrogantly instructing me, I would have been happy to cooperate. However, I cannot accept such an attitude and tone. I only needed 10 seconds to complete the payment. I was the customer they were currently serving—why not finish serving one customer before moving to the next?nnThe counter wasn’t even busy at the time. When I approached, there were no other customers. As I was swiping my card, one person may have been behind me, and the other counter was empty. I refused their request to move aside because of the staff member’s rude attitude. Then, the staff member told me they would never serve me again in the future. I was shocked by such an attitude.
Served cold hot chocolate by barista this time,nLast time served by short girl that was fantastic.
Just had a flat white in oat milk in a the morning but it was sour in taste and not proper heated. One of my wort ever experience of the coffee here..
