On unenthusiastic valued team member proceeded to wash dish dishes for a full 15 seconds while looking directly into my eyes with even a notion of attempting to serve me. 1 star due to the heart break of me have to leave without my products as the night was setting in. Please do better BP we dont for the gulf incident.
horrible experience. i had to repeat my small hot chocolate order multiple times. i asked for it with marshmallows and 50° which is just warm to drink/ kid temperature. the people over charged me for 2 drinks when i only had the small hot chocolate and the drink was extra hot 70° which i know because i work at a bp myself. my whole roof of my mouth is burnt now thanks lot
Extremely poor service, two staff members very hostile, closed the station as preparing to fill my vehicle at approximately 9.58pm. Very disappointing when I had checked the open hours on the net and the hours where advertised to be open from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm.nMay need to reconsider my corporate card with this business.
Popped in to BP for a pie and the staff member was so ignorant and rude to me.nYoung girl with ring thru her nose - if she treated me like that as a local, how on earth does she treat our many visitors.nJust remember Miss Horrible the public pay your wages!
