Thank you, Moses, for the best customer service I've had in a long time. Not only did Moses email me several options/pricing for new fridges, he followed up with a few phone calls. So, I ended up buying a dishwasher, too!nThis type of service is few and far between, so I will be back, for sure. Thanks again.

I had a disappointing experience at Noel Leeming Silverdale. The customer service when I first visited was well below expectations — staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there.nnHowever, when I had to return the item, the staff member who assisted me — I believe her name was Jesame or something similar — was very helpful and professional. I appreciated her assistance and wish the initial service had matched that standard.
My daughter purchased ear buds and found the left one not charging or working at all. She asked the stuff for a refund, upon checking them out and finding out yes absolutely faulty. We found the staff rude, intimidating and zero level of professionalism. They offered her a gift card and store credit but turned sour once we insisted on the full refund. I'm totally disappointed in this low level of service and will never shop there again. Remember, the staff are part of the experience in a store and can be positive or negative. Unfortunately this was a very negative experience considering my daughter required her parents to go in with her as she felt she was being treated horribly.
