I can see why previously customers had given consecutive given 1 review,nnCause having same experience with me.nStaff easy to say straight way “NO”. We don’t have this in store. Absolutely fine if not having,but how she walked off next sec. and disconnect conversation while going to ask other questions, yes she was Asian lady and didn’t know about what’s a customer service and later talking in corner with team members in group.nJoke !!nnWhile after same other local lady helped us nicely to navigate to find item and listened to us and other day she helped us to find HDMI cable .nI would say local helps better rather than others , in terms of customer service .nHope they pick up an attention to lift avg store review to above 4 .

I was looking for a network cable, and at the time it appeared they were all out however, after leaving the store the manager ran after me to tell me he found one with the help of his colleague. Silverdale Noel Leeming is one of the worst stores I've experienced in terms of customer service. When I had questions about products, the sales staff seemed to vanish quickly, appearing disinterested.nnThe sales team seemed more engaged when customers were browsing more expensive items like stoves, computers, appliances and phones. As soon as I inquired about a $150 product, they brushed me off and disappeared.nn1 They had more than enough sales people on the floor.n2 They were not that busy.nnGiven the current economic climate, with rising costs of living and job losses, it's disappointing to see such poor customer treatment. Noel Leeming Silverdale should reconsider its approach to customer service. I certainly won't be returning.nnP.S - The customer is KING!
Too many staff standing around with seemingly no idea how to look after customers. Poor advice given when I purchased headphones. When I tried to return them and upgrade I was told they don't exchange headphones even though they had never been used. Not told this when I bought them but apparently it is in the small print on the box!
