Walked in to purchase a product so stood down by relevant product. Counted 8 staff in store at this time but noone approached to help. Saw 2 staff at checkout and ended up approaching them, 1 of which went and got product from out back for me. Apart from this, zero customer service! Need to do better!!
First time in a very long time since I have had service like I had from Bradley today. He engaged with me and listened to my requirements. He then provided me with a couple of options. Great service from this young man. Thank you once again.
