Excellent helpful staff.Looking for product during Boxing day Sale . Of all the stores I rang I had the most help from the Silverdale store . You are now my go to Briscoes for shopping . I live in Albany ..
Without a doubt, this is one of the worst Briscoes branches! The majority of the staff are unfriendly, especially one of them. If I had pushed the conversation further, she would have surely yelled at me! I feel really disappointed with the management of this branch

Very big store with lots of varieties. Covered car park is a huge bonus especially at hot summer afternoon.
Amazing staff so friendly and helpful..and with a smile too...parking was at the door. Shop well laid out. Couldn't find what we wanted but staff helped as do an online order and waved delivery fees...how awesome that was and we get what we were looking for so very happy and definitely will be back...10 outta 10 Briscoes
