Walked in ready to spend over $800 on an Apple Watch. All I wanted was to try the band size on my wrist before committing — completely reasonable for a wearable device. Staff said I couldn't try it because the boxes are sealed. Seriously? Expecting someone to drop that kind of cash without knowing if it even fits is ridiculous. It's a watch, not a sealed hard drive.nZero effort to help, no demo unit, no sizing kit — just “sorry, can’t open it.” I walked out.nIf you want a risk-free, hands-on buying experience, go elsewhere. Really disappointing from a big NZ retailer.
I experienced a complete lack of professionalism during what should have been a straightforward return process. The staff appeared severely undertrained, and despite being told that my speaker replacement was ready for collection, I was made to wait over an hour. This level of service is simply unacceptable.nnYou can - and should - do much better. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Staff is really good at avoiding customers if they are buying something small. But, when we move to whiteware area or Tvs, then everyone wants to serve us
I wish to congratulate and thank the service I received when my new washing machine was purchased and delivered. I had to drop off a package returns for TheMarket. The staff Anu was very friendly and kind and guided me when I was confused at the entrance. I wandered about and find some cool stuff which was on my list. There are a lot of offers and new phones out too. Thanks Team.
