The worst customer service!nWe bought a TV and purchased an extended warranty. TV recently broke, had to phone customer service to organise a pick up which they have to because it’s too big to drop off myself, they said someone from NP noel leeming would be in touch.n5 days later I had to ring again after no one had contacted me and I spoke with a manager from NP Noel Leeming who said they would come and pick it that day but no one turned up.nThey finally picked up the TV a week later and we are still waiting for our replacement TV despite them saying the replacement is available and I need to pick it up.nHaving to call customer service again multiple times to get an answer.nNot good enough.
Bought something today they were insisting that I needed to give a phone number before they could complete the transaction . Told them no Thankyou please just give me the receipt . Kept insisting on a phone number and collecting my data I just told them 123 is my phone number they keyed something into the keyboard which on the receipt looks like their 0800 number. Pathetic that they are forcing people to give their personal details to shop at the store. If they did not accept 123 I was going to walk out . Kinda needed to buy this specific item. Pathetic data harvesting corporates .
Third time I've been pressured into buying something & told the sale is about to end, next day the thing I bought goes down in price. It's quite annoying. I hate giving low stars but I don't like being mislead into getting a deal when it's not. Buyer beware.
I went to noel leeming and the service was amazing! I went to go buy a cromebook for my daughter and someone came up to us straight away. They helped us with storage to battery life to size. We walked out with an incredible cromebook at an amazing price. Definitely recommend if your looking for some well priced but good quality tech.
