Have purchased many items over the last few years including a house lot of appliances for a new build.nHowever I have rated them low after one appliance failure and the manufacturer had agreed to an in store credit, as we wanted to buy a slightly bigger appliance,problem was that NL took more than 12 weeks to settle.nThis is a reflection on the management and the store staff as the store staff have always been helpful.
Today I went in looking for a Dyson and obviously I was looking a bit lost lol so a lovely young guy came up, I think his name was Chevin and his customer service was amazing! He gave me a complete demonstration of how the vacuum works and how to take it apart to clean it and he listed the pros and cons of the models and which were more desirable which I really appreciated. Best customer service I could’ve gotten! Thank you Chevin
Called in on a Sunday afternoon. Store was busy, team where doing their best to meet folks needs. I was very happy with my young attendants service. Very helpful, pleasant & sorted me with the right products I needed. Very happy
I forgot to see or ask your names, but thank you for your kind gestures the day I visited your store with my partner and his sister while they were buying a new TV. As I’m heavily pregnant, I can’t be on my feet for too long, so I asked a staff member if I could sit at the counter. He was very kind, checked if I was okay, asked if I needed help or water, and made sure I was comfortable.nShortly after, another staff member came by and turned on a small fan for me, which really helped me relax. These may seem like small things, but they meant a lot and made me feel genuinely cared for. Great customer service and thank you.
My mother came out VERY upset. She does not know much about cell phones and computers, etc and went to print some from her cell phone . One lady was not doing anything behind a till with no line of customers , the other snapping at my mother- 'learn to do things yourself., when asked for help printing photos. Then saying to my mother, 'NOW what do you do?-' as my mother asked a few times. The cashier stomped over to her and would sigh Feel good , whoever it was. Hope nobody treats your mother that way
