These boys deserve a raise… or at least free lunch. Helped me out with the camera and Saliya basically turned into a walking tech manual. The guy’s got serious knowledge and is genuinely passionate about security cameras, if you go to the store, just ask for him.
Me and my family has always bought products from this branch for many years. And this is my 2nd time doing a click and collect order! I bought a UE BOOM in the picture nnThough this particular day, I REALLY had to put a review which I don't do often! As soon as I walked in, the staff were already all smiles and positive vibes! The customer service was so good and friendly I'm a pretty shy person but the atmosphere of ALL the lovely ladies behind the counter made me very welcomed. ONLY TO THOSE WORKING ON FRIDAY 8TH AUG, after 10amnnThis is exactly why me and my family goes to this branch! Thank you so so much for your hard work!
This was my second great experience at this store. Big shout out to Liam today who was outstanding with his customer service. Not only was he approachable, friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to assist me, resulting in a positive outcome.nnThese days it’s rare to find these young service oriented employees. Lucky you even get 1 star but it’s the only way I can review. Racially profiling a Māori woman with dreadlocks and accusing her of stealing when she had a receipt then another INDIAN worker laughing loudly about it!!! Disgusting
I went there today planning to buy a pair of game controllers. I stood there for a few minutes — there were quite a few available staff around, but no one made an effort to come over and help. So I just left and will buy the same thing somewhere else.nanyway,it's not the frist.
