Screen protector installation had a secret fee, which i found out once i saw the receipt. And it isn’t even straight, i saw another review saying that the person got told before hand and they didn’t get the instalment. If i got told before i would do it myself, aren’t telling people until after now.

While it's great that no one bombards you to make a sale, it's not so great to have to hunt down a service person. And not sure why, but we had to find the item xbox console, not exactly unusual for them on our phone to ring up the sale. Will definitely go to a different branch next time.

The staff are good, when they actually talk to you. I've been here a few times, and I have observed that the staff seem more interested in talking to each other at the front of the store, and they seem pretty good at knowing how to avoid eye contact with customers. The other night, giving up on waiting for someone to approach us, we approached the counter. One of the staff members not in uniform, who were leaving for the day, looked annoyed that we came to disrupt their conversation.nnDespite being the closest store to me, in the future I will prefer to go to the Wellington city or Porirua stores.
