It was Black Friday sales and the store had extended its business hours. I was genuinely amazed by Olivia’s service. Even though it was already 9:45 p.m friday, after a long busy day, she still greeted me with a sweet smile and gave me such warm, top-notch service. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you!
Drove into Petone to get an item the website said was in stock - it was not. The guy behind the desk was apologetic and said we could use the store computer to order it online with free delivery. The computer was not working and a girl told us quite dismissively that we could use our phone to do it and walked off. She didn't explain that we had to log into the store wifi to complete the transaction until we asked a second time. Very unimpressed with her and the inability to get the object we needed easily.
Obviously they have been a busy store had some many empty spaces. Didn't buy anything didn't have what I wanted, I find alot of nz employees have lost the act of smiling .
Labels glued on teaspoons - I want an hour back of my life trying to get 12 of them off. I soaked in boiling water 3 times. Finally, after vigorous scrubbing, I managed to do it. I know there's a product specifically for this task, but I didn't have it and don't want it. Find a better way!
Marked store sale price was not honoured. Even though clearly marked sale and discounted I was told the sale was over.
