Labels glued on teaspoons - I want an hour back of my life trying to get 12 of them off. I soaked in boiling water 3 times. Finally, after vigorous scrubbing, I managed to do it. I know there's a product specifically for this task, but I didn't have it and don't want it. Find a better way!
Placed an order click and collect the night before then received confirmation email. Heard nothing back the next day so went down to the store to see if I could pick up the lady ask for my order number I told her that I had received no pickup email and I thought the would have ready after. I wast rude but I thought after been open 4 hours that orders would be done like Super Cheap Mitre10 Bunnings within an hour or sonShe then said it might not be in stock so I went to the shelf and they were in stock she then said there was nothing she could do. I will now cancel my order and never return to Briscoes I used to think highly of Briscoes

I bought some awesome big coffee mugs here, and they are great. Before purchasing check the mugs are microwave and dishwasher proof. It's normally covered over by the price sticker.
Do not do delivery, I have been a long member of Briscoes known at Upper hutt well and they refuse to take responsibility for no delivery with specific instructions not to leave at the door noted in order.nI have been happy until now the Petone store does not give good management.
