Last week I have placed a click and collect order from this store . I got an email regarding order is ready to collect and when I been to the store then told me it’s misplaced first and I was waiting there like an hour for my stuff and they found only 2 teams . Very pathetic and unprofessional service. The lady told me they will notify me once they got the stock back about the missing items . I just left the store and drove to home and then they call me ohh we found it . They already wasted my2 hours in the store just looking my iteams at the back d see o I told the lady will come tomorrow to collect my missing items . Next day same issue waiting for another hour to just pick that one item . Waste my time , fuel cost and also bullshit to paying $4 click collect order extra . Very disappointed with service of this store . I will never go back to this store in future .very unprofessional staff, lack of communication, always making excuses
I helped my 85 year old mum, purchase a couple of pillows yesterday. I just want to say how kind and patient, Dara was, when helping her. Thank you for being awesome
The paid click and collect service is crap. They take ages to process and ready your order, what takes hours in other companies could take weeks even though their website stated product is in stock! When a product goes on sale here, just get noel leeming or jb hifi or others to do price match! You can get your product earlier.
Drove into Petone to get an item the website said was in stock - it was not. The guy behind the desk was apologetic and said we could use the store computer to order it online with free delivery. The computer was not working and a girl told us quite dismissively that we could use our phone to do it and walked off. She didn't explain that we had to log into the store wifi to complete the transaction until we asked a second time. Very unimpressed with her and the inability to get the object we needed easily.
It was Black Friday sales and the store had extended its business hours. I was genuinely amazed by Olivia’s service. Even though it was already 9:45 p.m friday, after a long busy day, she still greeted me with a sweet smile and gave me such warm, top-notch service. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you!
