Labels glued on teaspoons - I want an hour back of my life trying to get 12 of them off. I soaked in boiling water 3 times. Finally, after vigorous scrubbing, I managed to do it. I know there's a product specifically for this task, but I didn't have it and don't want it. Find a better way!
Briscoes has gone so downhill it’s not even funny. Zero customer service. Zero training even zero ways to get in contact 10/10 do not recommend falling for their fake specials anymore when they don’t even send order out for over a month not to mention numerous Useless encounters at this Particular store.
I have used Click & Collect at the Petone Store recently with the great sale over Christmas. On Saturday the 4th I came to Collect yet another lot of orders. 1 of my orders had been misplaced, Kate who served called another worker, Tarati but alas it was nowhere to be found. They told me that they would have to source from another store and took my number when it arrives.I just wanted to say what Great Customer Service these two Young Ladies have, as I also work in Customer Service, and they dealt with this Perfectly....Waiting patiently for my lost purchase Thx Ladies Sharyn
Shopped on a weekend sale and after only coming home observed more than 3 items wrongly priced,/prices adjusted for sale figures than advertised.nThe funny thing was never got an apologie from the staff after bringing the misrepresented price items.nAny way quality products but better check the price tags.
Purchase portable blender at a great price Black Friday deals,it works well and just the right size, plenty of staff for quick check out.
