I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a laptop from Noel Leeming. I was initially assured that my order would arrive by the end of the week, but that turned out to be completely inaccurate. What followed was a long, frustrating series of phone calls to the store and the call centre, with constant follow-ups on my part just to get basic updates.nnEach time I contacted staff, I received a different explanation. First I was told that the delay was due to a “pricing update,” then I was told that there was no staff available to attend to the issue. After all this back-and-forth, I am now being told that it will take another two weeks before the item is even expected to be delivered to the store for pickup.nnThis experience has been extremely unprofessional and has caused unnecessary inconvenience. In my opinion, the communication, customer service, and handling of my order have been well below acceptable standards. I expected far better from Noel Leeming, and this situation has seriously damaged my confidence in purchasing from them again.nnInvoice 161068967 - Not a happy camper to say the least!

** A Bad Experience Every Time - I've had three different experiences at this store, and all of them were bad. The staff aren't knowledgeable, they're unhelpful, and they speak down to customers. I'd rather buy online and get my items next day than deal with this again.
