Awful service. Not friendly. Didn’t know anything about the products. Couldn’t look at the product before buying as ‘in box’. How about having samples so people can actually look?nnAsked the guy what size band I needed for my wrist. S/M M/L?nI was told I’m not sure and we don’t have any to try on and that if I bought one and opened the box I could not return.nI’m unsure how we are suppose to purchase something if we don’t know the style or size!?nnHe went and asked another team member who said both sizes were in the box so not to worry. Bought the Apple Watch got home and only one size in the box.nnNot the first time I’ve had trouble at this store. It is such bad service in here! Never willnBuy from here again.
Was sold the wrong product. When I realised and brought this to the attention of the salesperson a few days later I was told I could purchase an attachment at my own cost that would solve the problem. Have since been back to buy odd computer related things and the staff have been clueless. I've learned my lesson, will not be back.
Went to ask for technical advice on a camera but the person at the technical counter knew nothing i was wanting to know of a product you sell.Please next time look more enthuisiastic to help your customer.Afterall we are the ones that pay your salary.
