Wow service not to write home about, young man who greet me was great , both boys were polite but the way they handled customers purchases leaves alot to be designed, I had a click n collect first boy went and collected it while I was in the shop, it was thrown on the back counter when I came back to the front, second boy gathered it up in his arms and dumped it on the counter, no care taken at all towels unfolded and just in a pile, shocking services even Kmart gives better service with their self services staff at least treat your products with respect, back to The base for me
It was a busy sale day, found the item we wanted and moved on. Lots of items available- some on sale and some at there usually price but on sale. You know what you're getting here.
Such great help at the Cambridge branch. I bought some large picture frames with the intention of hanging on the wall. Unfortunately with these frames it wasn't possible. Briscoes accepted my return plus, they did not charge me when the glass was broken in one frame. The return was easy plus the lovely staff helped me to order more suitable frames online. Really impressed thank you

Briscoes Cambridge seems to have it all & the staff are friendly and helpful too. I purchased a really good quality pots & pans set on sale for $130, reduced from $400!! Great new year sales & so much to find instore. Probably a bit expensive without the sales though. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
