I called Briscoes Cambridge earlier to check the availability of an item and requested for one to be reserved. I was told it was available, so my partner drove all the way from Hamilton to collect it.nnHowever, when I arrived, I was informed that the item was not available. This was very disappointing and a waste of time and effort. Please ensure that customers are given accurate information before being advised to come in.
Had awesome sales on, explains why the shop was a bit untidy. Staff doing their best to clean and retake shelves. Shame customers are so messy.
All staffs seem very rude. It didn’t happen me in other stores. I cant believe how much rude they r. I think they need more rest time.

Briscoes Cambridge seems to have it all & the staff are friendly and helpful too. I purchased a really good quality pots & pans set on sale for $130, reduced from $400!! Great new year sales & so much to find instore. Probably a bit expensive without the sales though. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
