I called Briscoes Cambridge earlier to check the availability of an item and requested for one to be reserved. I was told it was available, so my partner drove all the way from Hamilton to collect it.nnHowever, when I arrived, I was informed that the item was not available. This was very disappointing and a waste of time and effort. Please ensure that customers are given accurate information before being advised to come in.
Popped in looking for a product,unfortunately it was sold out,but the very helpful guy on the desk went over and beyond the expected service level to assist me.I didnt see his name badge but he had a few tats on his forearms.This gentleman is an asset to your store,helpful, polite and efficient,don't lose him,that's what good customer service is all about
The best service from this store. So incredibly thankful. Our package from online briscoes got damaged and have been passed back and forwards from aramex and nz post. Briscoes is sorting for us and gave us a replacement. Thank you so so much
I ordered 2 oven trays online, I was so glad to get them both in the mail, unfortunately the oven trays were stuck together and can not be pulled apart as I've tried everything to part them, they are stuck, next time I will be buying 1 tray at a time instead of 2 trays...
Briscoes Cambridge seems to have it all & the staff are friendly and helpful too. I purchased a really good quality pots & pans set on sale for $130, reduced from $400!! Great new year sales & so much to find instore. Probably a bit expensive without the sales though. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking it out.
