I took my two boys here for the first time today, and we had a wonderful time! They are 7 and 5. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, showing great attitudes even on a very busy day. They were available to assist at every point where my kids might have felt uncertain. We had a wonderful time and are already planning our next visit!
Came here for my friends 18th birthday. Absolutely amazing service and ended up having a great time even though I don’t exercise often. I would recommend for all ages and even saw a couple of older adults having the time of their lives. I would also love to shout out Todd at reception, he was absolutely incredible and gave top service, talking to us and giving us advice and answers to our questions and is super friendly. And also shouting out annabel for exceptional service and helping us on the slides. Loved my time here.
Such a cool experience! Well worth the slightly higher than chipmunks or moveX price tag for what was available to play on! All three kids plus adult had a great time. Quite a few bits of the equipment weren't working but I think having only recently opened and probably being crazy busy it's just a matter of ironing out some of the wrinkles
Absolutely sensational in every aspect . Significatly ehanced the lives of everyone I obseved there! Superb fun for any age, check it out, book max time pass and go for gold! You won't want to leave!
Second time we have been here since they opened, kids don’t stop talking about it,nOne of the staff Keiran I think his name was, such a great guy encouraging my 5 year old in the climbing section. All the staff are friendly and the place is amazing.
