Had our son’s bday party with total of 14 kids. Great way to let kids run wild & celebrate afterwards. They gave us a great area with two tables, unexpected & appreciated. It was school holidays but we had our own space. Staff were great too. Thank you team.
Absolutely bloody amazing experience. So many smiles not only on my Daughter's face but every child and adult who were having fun. This will be our new go to every time we pass through CHCH.
This place is amazing!! Brought 5 boys here between the ages of 11-13. They loved it. It has a great amount of different activities for all ages. Definitely recommend for small and big groups
We visited Ninja Valley with our 1-year-old son. While I was at the counter purchasing tickets, I briefly turned to speak with my husband. In that short moment, our baby suddenly started crying. My husband immediately approached a staff member who was vacuuming near our child to ask what had happened. We then discovered that our baby's lip had been injure, it was torn and bleeding heavily.nnThe manager arrived shortly afterward but did not attempt to investigate the situation or speak with her staff. Instead, she told us that we would not be allowed to speak further because, in her words, we were not calm. Rather than showing concern or trying to understand what had happened, she placed the blame entirely on us.nnAs responsible parents, we fully understand our role in ensuring our child’s safety. However, we also have the right to know what occurred in that moment. It is unclear whether our child was accidentally hurt by the staff member operating the vacuum, but we believe this incident needs to be taken seriously and properly investigated.nnThis situation was unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Ninja Valley should look into this matter thoroughly. The staff involved should provide a truthful account, and the manager should be properly trained to handle incidents like this with professionalism and empathy. We are requesting a clear explanation of what happened and appropriate action to ensure this doesn’t happen again
