I was brought some hotdogs and I was refused tomato sauce when it wasn't added and he called the police on me. Another time somebody bought me a coffee and I went straight back in the store to add some sugar to the coffee but I was refused on this occasion also. Same store
Went in for ice cream with my kids tonight, was clearly next in line to be served, only to be ignored and the customer who walked in after us served before us. Ice creams were all different sizes same price! The young worker definitely needs a course in customer service and manners, so rude!
The last few times I've been to this store the quality of food and service has gone downhill and this time asked for a milkshake and got a thick shake with no flavour in it so had to fix it at home, just to expensive for bad quality so will not shop there and more, will not recommend
Last night we ordered an milkshake they declined our payment and our kids were really sad they didn't get their weekly milkshake!
Teenage female cashier 3pm thur 24th aug was very understanding of small child changing her mind twice.... and then dropping jelly beans everywhere. Insisted we didn't have to clean up, we did anyway. Very professional, thank you.
