A woman I've never seen before came up behind me while I was shopping and told me to take my motorcycle helmet off. This has NEVER been a problem before. I've been to this specific night n day store dozens of times and not once have ANY of the staff members told me to take my helmet off. This woman wasn't in a night n day uniform and was somewhat rude so I proceeded to the checkout anyway with my helmet on. Only to realize she had followed me through the entire store and then barked to the nice girl at the checkout that I had to take my helmet off. I asked her if the lady even worked here, to which the girl hesitated to answer and didn't even really seem to know herself, but then told me I had to take my helmet off regardless. This was just a weird experience overall. If this mystery woman had a nametag, a uniform, anything that even suggested she was affiliated with this night n day, this wouldn't be an issue.
Called in this morning for milk and coffee, lovely service. But they need to be retrained as to how to make coffee. I had walked just about 4 minutes {was walking home} and coffee was already cold. Had this happen a couple years back and hoped they would have improved but sorry no. Have brought coffee at other Night and Days and no problem……
Had the worst experience here this morning girls working were incredibly rude! And I payed $7 for them to make me a iced latte which was a soft serve ice cream that they poured an express shot over was appalled but the service was so bad I saw no point asking for them to remake I have worked in hospo and it’s really not that hard to make a coffee correctly do better
Great wee night n day shop. Generally get some good service and always go in for my thick shakes! Pricing is a bit high especially when you could go a little further for cheaper but at they at least have a range of items available if you really need it!
