So͏ easy and stress free Nicky͏ was fantastic to work with. Selling a home is always stressful and we didn't have much experience. When the Helensville District Health Trust had made the decision to sell its residential property in Parakai the choice over which real-estate agent to use was an easy one. One agent stood head and shoulders above the rest not only for their experience and ability to sell but also their work within the community and supporting local not-for profits. Nicky’s professionalism and property knowledge was exceptional and her presence within the region is second to none! The communication was clear and concise throughout the whole sale process which ultimately got us the result we so needed! The marketing, using multiple platforms, gave us huge reach and saw that all the open homes were busy. The sale concluded with the Trust facing offers from four potential purchasers, all of which were not to be sneered at!
