Story

With a diverse background including a degree in computer science, thirteen years running his own construction business and now a real estate salesperson license, Dave brings a down-to-earth approach to real estate. His construction background allows him to evaluate properties, not just as they are today, but as they could be.

Dave prides himself on being able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people by first and foremost listening so that he can understand their needs and wants. Buying a property is much more than a simple transaction, it involves feelings - the property has to feel right for you!

It is important that we all find a balance between work and life and have somewhere we feel comfortable to escape to after the daily grind. Dave obtains great satisfaction in helping you find your refuge.

Originally from lifestyle block background in Taranaki in his down time Dave enjoys cruising the country roads on his Harley, watching motorsport and spending time with his wife, dogs and miniature horses on their lifestyle block overlooking the picturesque Kaipara harbour.
