Good solid breakfast choices, lunches from 11.00am. Good range of hot or cold drinks. Good homemade cakes /slices - nice variety. Pleasant service although weekend service register slower than during the week.
Good selection of native and exotic plants. Helpful staff who were actually available to show me where the plants were that I needed. Useful pet section. Great Xmas decorations. Average pot selection. All plastic and no ceramic. Good location.
Cafe catered for our fathers funeral. Rebecca was lovely to deal with, very accommodating with our special dietary requirements. Everyone commented on the lovely spread. Florist also did the casket spray which was beautiful. Really appreciated their compassionate care. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.
I have to say the blue cod here was perfect. I tend to order this where ever I go bit this has been the best so far. Good work team. The chicken and bacon sandwich however was let down by really wet tomato which made everything soggy. The iced coffee were pretty medicore and dressed up like a children's drink marshmallow and chocolate fish. Will come back here for certain. Service great and speedy despite it being very busy
Very friendly service at counter but very disappointed to be told we had to move part way through our meal due to a large booking which both tables sat half empty while we finished our food. My mother is a regular and wanted to shout us as she always liked it here but was totally shocked at the service. My daughter and I have been in hospitality for a number of years between us and we also not very impressed.
We had a family lunch, a party of 8. The service and food was exceptional. The reason we decided to dine at Nichols Garden and Pet Centre was because we could take our dog.
Nice food and atmosphere, lovely staff. You could tell it was a favourite for locals, very busy. We received our food and coffee promptly despite how busy they were. Thank you!
Great place for lunch. Good wholesome food, real leaf tea served in a pot, and pleasant service. I highly recommend the vegetable soup. It was also nice to browse the plants and gift shop section afterwards.
Nice spot for general cafe food. Nice with the open fire and service was timely despite a steady flow of traffic
Nichols always good for coffee and food, also purchased a plant. Love this place
