In 2005 I always dreamt of being my own boss, I wanted to do something in the way of food. My husband mentioned that Bluff Road needed food!!!!
No food from Bluff to South City. The area was full of tradesman, contractors, industry and businesses that have a lot of staff that have no where to go in their short time of their lunch hour. We found a niche in the market for food !!!
We tried several options but nothing came of any until one day we approached the owners of this old run down derelict garage with broken windows, cobwebs and dust. It was the old Mobile Service Station, Clifton Motors.
The owners were very helpful and more than happy to help us.
We told them what we wanted to do, 2 years later, a lot of time, ideas, plans, and money we had created Food@Clifton.
9 years later.....
Food@Clifton is my baby that has turned into a Monster!!
I have only 1 person to blame here is HUBBY. He has been my rock!! Because trust me... It is not easy being in business, but I love my job and we are the little food shop with a big reputation.
