Decent food but staffs service leaves a lot to be desired. Not very customer oriented, even less so when the young girl with blue hair is working. Being less than a meter away from front counter the staff still manage to pretend they dont see or hear the full line of people waiting to be served. Arrived during normal dinner rush hours on two separate occasions with more than an hour and a half before they're due to close to see all fryers off, cabinets emptied and staff itching to leave, certainly wouldn't allow that sort of thing at my own business. All I can say is the food wasn't bad but customers don't hang around in line for staff to acknowledge them when and if they feel like it.

If I could give less than one star I would today! After coming here weekly with average service, I got served cold chicken this morning. I brought back the cold package and told the young chap that the chicken isn't at appropriate temp. He proceeded to take the box and told me to wait for a new batch which is fine what isn't fine is he put the chicken I and him had touched with our dirty hands back in the warmer cupboard to try sell to another unsuspecting customer. I pointed out that this is seriously unprofessional and only then with a look of serious disdain did he take out the cold box of chicken and proceeded to hide it behind the counter...hopefully not to be sold again later. If this isnt a mockery of basic food health and safety I don't know what is!! Zero stars...seriously....as if covid wasn't enough selling cold salmonella chicken with several peoples dirty hands all over it takes the cake!

Had the boneless chicken with honey soy sauce. It was delicious!

Had the chicken wing combo, chicken was moist and the honey soy sauce was incredible. Such a good deal for chicken, chips and a drink . Staff were super friendly

Came here while travelling from Auckland. The owner is nice and friendly. Chicken was moist, crunchy and delicious. Highly recommend!

Good Food. But can you Please tell your Front of House Staff to be more Friendly and Wear their MASK PROPERLY

Very DELICIOUS, I just wish it came out a bit more hot but other wise very delicious!

I love their kimchi and the chicken yum! Must try!

Cold "hot" chips. I mean who wants that. I pay for hot chips, I want hot chips, period.
