Got abused by other customer because door was left open I tried to call for help but no one came to my aid, left feeling embarrassed, ashamed and guilty. Adding to the horror thinking it was a slow close mechanism on the door but it ended up slamming leading to me feeling further ashamed and embarrassed in front of customers and staff.nnFood was excellent the wait for it was long and anxious due to the above.
Nice beautiful cafe inside a garden centre. Great selection of food and great coffee. Fairly priced coffee and cabinet food. Pretty much always open even during public holidays. Plenty of tables inside and outside, can accommodate large group. Dogs and kids friendly. Has a very nice fully sheltered play house, perfect for wet weather.
We had the Big Breakfast 28.5, carrot cake 8, mocha 6.5, and cappuccino 6.5$, everything was perfect! 10/10. You can also shop at the Garden, and you might end up getting something even if you only planned to visit the cafe.
I have been a frequent visitor to Nichols Garden Cafe and always enjoy the experience.nThe coffee is top quality and the food is right up there. The club sandwiches are the best that I've had and are are a regular menu item that I buy.nThe staff are top quality always great to deal with, nothings a problem.nI will continue to be a customer.
The male staff were relaxed, friendly and happy say hello.nAll the young female staff came across grumpy and really unfriendly. It was very weird. I work in tourism/hospitality and this was very noticeable. Not a good look for the café.
