I want to thank the two young guys who came to install our new induction stove. They were so helpful, polite and efficient. Absolutely wonderful team
Unfortunately had the worst experience with this store. Bought a fridge that was too hard for me to open, just to try exchange it for another one was such a hassle, in the end finally had a replacement fridge sent to me with 2 small dents in it. Highly disappointed. Call centre were fantastic but this particular store I do not want to deal with again.
Fantastic customer service by a long standing team who know their products well. They will go the extra mile and give you a great deal. You can trust that they will always ‘see you right’. Masterton is very fortunate to have such a terrific store so centrally located. We have purchased many items over the years from knives to ovens and everywhere in between. They leave no reason to shop anywhere else!
Got Newbolds to come to fix my washing machine today. Guy didnt come with the right spare parts and was grumpy that he needed to go away to get something. As soon as he left i put a load of washing on and water poured out all over the floor. He came back and said that another piece was broken and missing and was not what I had asked to get fixed and that he was busy. I had just asked them to fix the machine. Have just put a load of washing on and it is not spinning. I am really unimpressed!!!!!!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and excellent customer service. Needed some security cameras, and got exactly what I needed. All my questions were answered in language I could understand, which is fantastic if you’re not too technologically minded. I’ll definitely be back.
