Yes cheaper plans, but the sacrifice is service - barely spoke to me, didn't engage, took a phone call while serving me at least say "do you mind if I grab this", was dismissive with my questions - overall very poor in store experience. I had money in my pocket to upgrade my phone, but will take the part of my business elsewhere.

Poor communication with the person I dealt with. In this situation I ordered accessories 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive in a week. I rang 1 week later and was told they arrived. I went to pick up the items and the staff did not know anything about my order despite looking at my order number and said none of the items had arrived. I picked out a phone case only to discover it looked like it had been used, the case was dirty and bent. I did not go back again because I did not want to deal with the person again.

The employees here are not happy working at this store. They dont greet the customers as they come in and they are always frowning so its hard to approach them. No one will ask you what you need unkess you ask first. Not good customer service.

Spent over half an hour in store, person was helpful did have a cheerful experience. Got a great deal on new phone and plan. Thank you for taking the time to help my DAD.

They gave me the wrong accessories that caused damage to the phone, told me i would have to pay for it myself, been waiting two months for correct protective accessories and dose not call back when he says

worst customer service i have probably received made to feel like an inconvenience and also had a horrible tone and attitude towards the situation

Good staff who help you with your problems and fix them

They go the extra step with customer's. Go to 2degrees.nz they are the best.
