Excellent service from Daniel @ New World today. Online shopping has now ramped up with concierge service to your car boot. We had an item missed from our order this morning, however a phone call from Daniel with an apology and a home delivery of the item and all was remedied. Super impressive New World- You definitely have a point of difference. A new long term customer now!
Been shopping at new world for years. I purchased a electric toothbrush. It's faulty out of the box. OK fine. Ive got box and receipt. Take it back. Ah but meet the wrong person on the wrong day. About get exchange. New supervisor jumps in. Oh no..... you send to supplier they say as other worker about to do swap. Unusual I say. So I ring the number there in the store. The Braun rep says 99.9% of claims go back thru store. She hears this. The crowd of on lookers hear this. Too bad says supervisor. It's now some weird battle of wills. What can I do.... suck on it. So ill pay the courier costs and get it back to store. And leave New World thinking what the hell? There you go simple customer service becomes some strange war ..... and no one wins. Boo on you New World... boo indeed.nnAll this Thursday 11am 30th July. Great start to day. Thanks
Overheard staff talking about a customer I felt sorry for him shame on them. He seemed to know as well as they stared at him as he walked out. That's disgusting they say no you're attitude is
We love shopping at New World and it's great to see there's plenty of staff on duty to run the checkouts and help out, good stuff NW.
